How To Make cucumber yogurt sauce

Step 1Pat cucumber with paper towels until barely moist.

Step 2Combine cucumber and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 3Cover and chill at least 2 hours. (Serve with Greek Stuffed Footballs.)
