Ingredients

  • 1
    medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, shredded
  • 8 oz
    plain lowfat yogurt
  • 2
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried dill
  • 5/8 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Cucumber Yogurt Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Pat cucumber with paper towels until barely moist.
  2. Combine cucumber and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. (Serve with Greek Stuffed Footballs.)
