Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
How To Make creamy caramel sauce

Step 1In a heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the sugar and lemon juice and cook, stirring constantly for 6-8 minutes or until the mixture turns a deep caramel color.

Step 2Gradually add the cream and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool.

Step 3Pour the caramel sauce into a glass jar and use or store in the refrigerator.
