I found this recipe online. I use it to substitute cream of mushroom, cream of chicken or cream of celery in recipes. Oftentimes, if the recipe calls for 2 cans I will use this to sub one of the cans therefore reducing at least some of the fat in the recipe.

How To Make
Combine all ingredients into a airtight jar.
In small saucepan, simmer 1 cup water & 1/3 cup mix stirring with a whisk until thickened. Use this to replace one can of cream of mushroom, cream of chicken or cream of celery in any recipe.
