4 cupsfresh cranberries
2 cupswhite sugar
How to Make Cranberry Relish
- grind cranberries (coarse) or chop.... add to bowl
- peel orange and cut into pieces...add to bowl.
- peel apples and cut into bite size pieces...add to bowl.
- slice bananas(not too thick) and quarter each slice...add to bowl
- add white sugar and mix ingredients. Refridgerate and let sit for 12 to 24 hrs. Enjoy!
