Ingredients

  • 2 - oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 16 ounces can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 16 ounces can pear halves, drained and chopped
  • 1 - apple, unpeeled and chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How To Make cranberry-orange chutney

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool. Store in refrigerator. Makes 5 cups.
