Ingredients For cranberry-orange chutney

    oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 16 oz
    can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 16 oz
    can pear halves, drained and chopped
  • 1
    apple, unpeeled and chopped
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How To Make cranberry-orange chutney

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool. Store in refrigerator. Makes 5 cups.
