How to Make Corn Syrup Substitute


  1. In sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  2. Monitor temperature with a probe thermometer. Continue to boil until 115.5 C (240 F) is reached. Remove from heat.
  3. When cooled, transfer to a glass container with a lid.
