  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1-2 small
    onions, minced
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 c
    tomato juice or tomato sauce

How to Make CONEY ISLAND HOT DOG SAUCE

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; add remaining ingredients. Stir mixture until blended. May add a small amount of flour to thicken. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
