Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
  • 3
    egg yolks
  • 1 c
    butter or light margarine
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    chopped, nuts or pecans

How to Make Coconut & Nut Frosting

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil first four ingredients on medium heat for 12 minutes.
  2. Let cool then add last three ingredients.
    Delicious on any cakes.
    (Look at diabetic evaporated milk for diabetic)
