Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar or splenda sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
- 3 - egg yolks
- 1 cup butter or light margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1 cup chopped, nuts or pecans
How To Make coconut & nut frosting

Step 1Boil first four ingredients on medium heat for 12 minutes.

Step 2Let cool then add last three ingredients. Delicious on any cakes. (Look at diabetic evaporated milk for diabetic) I put two evaporated milk for diabetic recipes on this websit.
