This is one of my grandson's favorites! Serve over apple pie, ice cream, pancakes, or waffles. It makes 1 2/3 cups.

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
How To Make cinnamon cream syrup

Step 1Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan, stirring well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Step 2Remove from heat, and let cool for 5 minutes.

Step 3Stir in evaporated milk. Serve syrup with apple pie, ice cream, pancakes, or waffles.
