1/4 ccherry juice
1/4 cbourbon (my preference is jim beam because of its more smoky taste)
How to Make CHERRY-BOURBON HAM GLAZE
- In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, making sure mixture is "saucy." You can make this ahead of time and let sit until you are ready to pour it over the ham.
- Pour glaze over ham 1 hour before ham is done. Uncover ham for the last 20 minutes and baste with glaze at least twice.
