Homemade sauce that goes well over cake or ice cream or heck both.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Is caramel the new hot fudge? It is in my kitchen! This is easy to make and really good. Goes great on some ice cream, but I bet it would be tasty on other things too. Maybe some banana bread or pound cake? Yum!

Tip: You may want to use a larger pan because this does tend to bubble up when boiling and when you add the cream. Much easier clean up that way! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
