1/4 cfresh or bottled lemon juice ( fresh tastes better )

3 Tbspfinely chopped onion

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tspdijon mustard

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
How to Make Buttery Basting Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Use to baste chicken, pork chops, ribs or kabobs. Yields 3/4 cup.
