- 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 can (10 oz./300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 cup milk (1% or 2 %), or as needed

Step 1In a double boiler over medium-low heat, add butterscotch chips and cover with half-and-half. Stir until the chips are completely melted.
