- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped, opt
How To Make brown sugar syrup

Step 1In a medium saucepan, bring the sugars, corn syrup and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened to a syrupy consistency, 10-15 minutes. Stir in the butter and nuts. Let cool slightly, which will thicken as it cools. Serve.
