Bourbon Whipped Cream

I have used this on my infamous pecan cheesecake, as well as my chocolate croissant bread pudding. It is great on ice cream as well or anything else you want to add some great flavor to.

heavy whipping cream

1Chill a metal mixing bowl in the freezer for about 15 minutes, or until nice and cold.
2Take the whipping cream, bourbon and honey and add it to the bowl and mix at a high speed until soft peaks form, then cover with saran wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes and give it another good whip with a whisk just prior to serving.
