How to Make Bourbon Whipped Cream
- 1Chill a metal mixing bowl in the freezer for about 15 minutes, or until nice and cold.
- 2Take the whipping cream, bourbon and honey and add it to the bowl and mix at a high speed until soft peaks form, then cover with saran wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes and give it another good whip with a whisk just prior to serving.
