How to Make Blackberry Balsamic Reduction Sauce
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the brown sugar and honey. Bring to a boil. Boil 1-2 minutes
- Add blackberry juice, balsamic vinegar and salt. Bring to a hard boil and boil briskly for 5 minutes. Continue boiling more softly until the sauce will coat the back of teaspoon nicely.
- Let cool slightly and serve over roasted pork, beef, fish or chicken.
