How to Make BLACK PEPPERCORN ALFREDO SAUCE
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cheese, and whisk together.
- Slowly raise the heat to medium and add the parsley and peppercorns. Cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Serve over the pasta of your choice.
