- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon peppercorns, cracked

Step 1Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cheese, and whisk together.

Step 2Slowly raise the heat to medium and add the parsley and peppercorns. Cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
