Ingredients For bisquick mix

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour or soy or almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    light salt or salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    crisco or vegetable oil

How To Make bisquick mix

  • 1
    Mix dry ingredients together, then using a pastry knife cut the Crisco or vegetable oil into the mix. Makes 1 cup Bisquick equivalent.

    Unlike real Bisquick, this has to be stored in the fridge which make it less convenient that the real-deal, but it works in a pinch. It is also good if you're concerned about all the weird ingredient found.
