Makes 1 1/2 cups - enough for 6 people
Ingredients
- - 1 tb oil
- - 1 small onion, diced fine
- - 1 tsp minced garlic
- - 1/2 - 1 tablespoon mild curry powder - what ever you have handy
- - 1 heaped tb tomato paste
- - 2 tb fruit chutney (what ever you have handy)
- - 1 1/2 cups cream
How To Make betty's sweet creamy curry sauce

Step 1In a small-ish frying pan. Heat the oil and add the onion, fry until translucent over a medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the curry powder and stir quickly

Step 2Add the tomato paste, chutney and cream. Stir to prevent burning. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
