Bahamain Devil Sauce
The cuisine of The Islands Of The Bahamas is never, ever bland. Spicy, subtly and uniquely flavored with local meats and produce. Be sure to stock up on hot sauce, Bahamians love hot & spicy food!!
A quick and easy to make sauce to serve with appetizers. This makes a very flavorful dipping sauce.
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp pickapeppa sauce (or hot sauce)
- 1 tbsp guava paste or jelly
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vinegar
How to Make Bahamain Devil Sauce
- 1Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 2Cool and chill.
