Rich and creamy, avocado crema is a thick, velvety, and creamy sauce. With a slightly tangy flavor and a hint of heat, this sauce complements tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more. Drizzle over your favorite Mexican dishes to elevate them to the next level. If Mexican crema is unavailable, combine 3/4 cup sour cream with 3 Tbsp buttermilk. Want more of a kick? Leave the seeds in the jalapeños.
