yellow mustard (prepared)
1 1/2 c
red wine (chianti is best)
1 1/2 c
hot water
6 Tbsp
chili powder
6 Tbsp
ground black pepper
4 Tbsp
garlic salt
1/4 c
3 Tbsp
tabasco sauce

How to Make Arizona BBQ Sauce


  • 1Add all ingredients to a large heavy saucepan (nonreactive) and whisk until blended.
  • 2Heat over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3Cool and store, covered, in refrigerator.
