Ingredients
- 24 ounces ketchup (1 bottle)
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 7 tablespoons yellow mustard (prepared)
- 1 1/2 cups red wine (chianti is best)
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 6 tablespoons chili powder
- 6 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons tabasco sauce
How To Make arizona bbq sauce

Step 1Add all ingredients to a large heavy saucepan (nonreactive) and whisk until blended.

Step 2Heat over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Cool and store, covered, in refrigerator.
