Ingredients
- 20 large tomatoes
- 4 large onions
- 4 - carrots
- 3 - green peppers, chopped
- 5 - hot peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons basil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon real lemon juice, (per pint of finished product.)
How To Make amish taco sauce

Step 1Skin and chop tomatoes. bring all ingredients except lemon juice to a boil. Simmer until mixure is desired consistancy. Pour into hot sterilized jars adding 1 tablespoon lemon to each pint jar. stir gently. Cold pack for 2 1/2 hours.
