- 6 quarts tomato pulp
- 3 medium onions
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 cup oil
- 1 package chili-o-mix seasoning mix
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon rosemary leaves

Step 1cook onion,garlic and parsley together with a small amount of tomatoes. push through a food mill. Mix all ingredirents together.

Step 2Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Makes 10 pint jars.
