This is a great marinade for a sirloin tip roast. It makes enough for a 3-4 pound roast.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce (i use a lower sodium version)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Step 1
    Whisk all ingredients together until blended.
  • Step 2
    Put meat into a zip-type plastic bag and pour marinade over. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for desired time.
