This is a great marinade for a sirloin tip roast. It makes enough for a 3-4 pound roast.

  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce (i use a lower sodium version)
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    dry red wine
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 clove
    garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme

How to Make Worcestershire Lemon Marinade For Beef Roast


  1. Whisk all ingredients together until blended.
  2. Put meat into a zip-type plastic bag and pour marinade over. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for desired time.
