- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil or oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
