2 cbrown sugar

1/2 cwhite sugar

1/4 ccelery salt

2 Tbspdried thyme
-
2 Tbspgarlic powder

2 Tbsponion powder

4 Tbsplemon pepper seasoning

2 Tbspdried parsley
How to Make Tommy's BBQ Dry Rub
- Mix everything together and store in a jar.
- Rub on meat. The longer it sets on the meat the better. Make sure you keep meat in a cool place. If using on frozen meat, moisten outside of meat before using the rub. If you are cooking ribs make sure to season the back side of the ribs, you will be amazed at the flavor difference.
