This works for all kinds of meat, can be used right away but it's even better if this can set on the meat for an hour or more! This makes quite a bit so just store it in a cool place in your cabinet and use all grilling season!!!!

- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup celery salt
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 4 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley

Step 1Mix everything together and store in a jar.

Step 2Rub on meat. The longer it sets on the meat the better. Make sure you keep meat in a cool place. If using on frozen meat, moisten outside of meat before using the rub. If you are cooking ribs make sure to season the back side of the ribs, you will be amazed at the flavor difference.
