1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 pinches ginger
4 cloves garlic
1/2 bottle beer

How To Make teryaki sauce

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in plastic bag. I use this mainly on lamb.
