- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons mirin (japanese rice wine)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
How To Make teriyaki sauce

Step 1Mix ingredients together and pour over 2 pounds of any kind of meat.

Step 2Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours
