This great for steaks, pork chops chicken and shrimp. Especially good for kabobs as well.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or canolia oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make teriyaki marinade

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients together in a gallon size storage bag.
  • Step 2
    Place your chicken, beef or pork in the bag.
  • Step 3
    Let it marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Turn meat occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Take out of fridge when ready to use on the grill or in the over. Enjoy!!
