This great for steaks, pork chops chicken and shrimp. Especially good for kabobs as well.

  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    vegetable oil or canolia oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Teriyaki Marinade


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a gallon size storage bag.
  2. Place your chicken, beef or pork in the bag.
  3. Let it marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Turn meat occasionally.
  4. Take out of fridge when ready to use on the grill or in the over.
