This great for steaks, pork chops chicken and shrimp. Especially good for kabobs as well.

Ingredients

1/2 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
packed brown sugar
2 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
vegetable oil or canolia oil
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/8 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Teriyaki Marinade

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients together in a gallon size storage bag.
  • 2Place your chicken, beef or pork in the bag.
  • 3Let it marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Turn meat occasionally.
  • 4Take out of fridge when ready to use on the grill or in the over.
