Ingredients For sweet and smoky rub for grilling

  • 2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    each: paprika, chili powder, seasoned salt, and liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp
    each: garlic powder and lemon pepper

How To Make sweet and smoky rub for grilling

    combine all above and mix well. Spread out on a cookie sheet to dry 2-3 hours.

    To use rub on meat and refridgerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill as usual.

    Keep rub in a covered container with tight lid
