2 1/2 cups rub
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons each: paprika, chili powder, seasoned salt, and liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon each: garlic powder and lemon pepper
How To Make sweet and smoky rub for grilling

Step 1combine all above and mix well. Spread out on a cookie sheet to dry 2-3 hours.

Step 2To use rub on meat and refridgerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill as usual.

Step 3Keep rub in a covered container with tight lid
