This can be used on any meat you can grill.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 tablespoons each: paprika, chili powder, seasoned salt, and liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon each: garlic powder and lemon pepper

How To Make sweet and smoky rub for grilling

  • Step 1
    combine all above and mix well. Spread out on a cookie sheet to dry 2-3 hours.
  • Step 2
    To use rub on meat and refridgerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill as usual.
  • Step 3
    Keep rub in a covered container with tight lid
