I use this on and in tons of recipes! From keeping the outside of turkey or chicken moist during smoking or roasting to tossing potatoes, pasta and rice in! Hubby even loves putting it on steaks during and right at the end of grilling! It has amazing flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds unsalted butter
  • 3 - whole roasted garlic (will link recipe)
  • 3 medium roasted onion(will link recipe)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make roasted garlic & onion compound butter

  • Step 1
    Remove roasted garlic from their skins, puree in food processor with olive oil. run onions through food processor until in small chunks, no need to add oil with these as they are full of juice!
  • Step 2
    add all ingredients to stand mixer and whip until completely blended store in airtight container in fridge for 2-3 weeks This can also be frozen in portions for later use!
