Roasted garlic & onion compound butter

Candi Hummer

I use this on and in tons of recipes! From keeping the outside of turkey or chicken moist during smoking or roasting to tossing potatoes, pasta and rice in! Hubby even loves putting it on steaks during and right at the end of grilling!
It has amazing flavor!
