Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard (dijon is good)
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced

How To Make marinade for lamb (any cut)

  • Step 1
    Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over lamb and marinate as needed, up to 12 hours.
