Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
How To Make lime-cilantro marinade

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2Use to marinade chicken, steak or shrimp. (if using on fish or shrimp, marinade no longer than 30 minutes, or seafood will start to "cook" and be tough.
