How to Make HOMEMADE BASIL OIL

Step-by-Step

  1. Tear your basil with your hands don't cut, mince garlic and put into 1/2 pint jar. pour in the olive oil.
  2. Seal tightly and shake. store in a cool dark place for 10 days shake every third day.
  3. After 10 days strain and bottle into smaller jars put 1 fresh basil leaf in each jar.
  4. Store for 2 more weeks before using for full flavor.
