Garlic rosemary oil is great to put on grilled meats or your favorite salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil, extra virgin
  • 6 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
  • 3 sprigs rosemary sprigs

How To Make garlic rosemary oil

  • Step 1
    Put garlic and rosemary into a pint jar.
  • Step 2
    Pour on olive oil cover to cover garlic and rosemary. Cover and put in a cool dark place for 20 days.
  • Step 3
    After 20 days strain and pour into medium bottles, put a fresh rosemary sprig in each bottle.
  • Step 4
    Store for 2 more weeks before serving.
