Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil, extra virgin
- 6 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
- 3 sprigs rosemary sprigs
How To Make garlic rosemary oil

Step 1Put garlic and rosemary into a pint jar.

Step 2Pour on olive oil cover to cover garlic and rosemary. Cover and put in a cool dark place for 20 days.

Step 3After 20 days strain and pour into medium bottles, put a fresh rosemary sprig in each bottle.

Step 4Store for 2 more weeks before serving.
