  • 1 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 6 clove
    garlic peeled and smashed
  • 3 sprig(s)
    rosemary sprigs

How to Make GARLIC ROSEMARY OIL

Step-by-Step

  1. Put garlic and rosemary into a pint jar.
  2. Pour on olive oil cover to cover garlic and rosemary. Cover and put in a cool dark place for 20 days.
  3. After 20 days strain and pour into medium bottles, put a fresh rosemary sprig in each bottle.
  4. Store for 2 more weeks before serving.
