I ran across this recipe on here when I was looking at someone else's recipe. Pam was so kind to share it with us after we seemed to be confused on what we needed to us in the pot roast. It makes up one spice container and the thing I like about it is if you like a stronger flavor of a spice you can add a teenie tiny bit more.

Ingredients For emeril's essence

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried thyme

How To Make emeril's essence

    Mix all these together in a shaker and store in a cool place.
