Easy Pesto Sauce
This recipe doesn't make much but it goes a long way.
This Pesto is actually very easy to make and freezes exceptionally well, so you can make a big batch and store it for future use.
1/3 colive oil or salad oil
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
1/4 cchopped parsley
1 smallgarlic clove ; quartered
2 Tbspbasil or 1/2 cup fresh basil
