- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make chuckwagon marinade

Step 1Saute garlic and onion in butter.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool and marinate the meat 4-6 hours in refrigerator.

Step 3Remove meat and cook as desired, basting with leftover marinade occasionally.
