I like chicken a lot but sometime it gets old eating the same thing over and over again. Here is a new twist on a marinade that i found for diabetic..It came out pretty good, so this will be in my recipes of chicken choices... Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle
    zesty "light" italian dressing (use depending on how much chicken you are preparing)
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    oregano
  • 1/3 c
    sprite zero
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil dried

How to Make Chicken Marinade (Skinless, boneless

Step-by-Step

  1. -Mix dressing with herbs in a bag and place chicken in mixture. You can marinate up to 3-4 hours, or over night. Depending on how much time you have. The longer you marinate, the more tender the chicken is.
