How to Make Carribean Marinade
- 1Combine all ingredients into a large measuring cup. Mix well.
- 2Place meat/poultry into a glass dish OR a ziplock plastic bag. Pour marinade over meat, coating entirely....You can save some back for basting if needed.
- 3Marinate for several hours to over night. Grill as usual.
- 4If you use garlic powder rather than salt it lowers the sodium content.
