I make this for chicken tenders I put on the grill. I works for other meats as well;but we like it on chicken the best.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or powder)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup real lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (to taste)
How To Make carribean marinade

Step 1Combine all ingredients into a large measuring cup. Mix well.

Step 2Place meat/poultry into a glass dish OR a ziplock plastic bag. Pour marinade over meat, coating entirely....You can save some back for basting if needed.

Step 3Marinate for several hours to over night. Grill as usual.

Step 4If you use garlic powder rather than salt it lowers the sodium content.
