1/4 colive oil

1 Tbsppaprika

1 tspgarlic salt (or powder)

1 tspground ginger
-
1/4 creal lemon juice
-
1 Tbsphoney
-
1 tsporegano leaves
-
1/2 tsphot sauce (to taste)
How to Make Carribean Marinade
- Combine all ingredients into a large measuring cup. Mix well.
- Place meat/poultry into a glass dish OR a ziplock plastic bag. Pour marinade over meat, coating entirely....You can save some back for basting if needed.
- Marinate for several hours to over night. Grill as usual.
- If you use garlic powder rather than salt it lowers the sodium content.
