Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 lemongrass, bottom third only, finely chopped
- 1 red chili, small, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
How To Make a versatile marinade

Step 1In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well.

Step 2Add desired meat to marinade, mix well and place in fridge until needed. Tastes best if allowed to sit for at least 1 - 2 hours.
