This versatile marinade works well with proteins that are going to be with grilled. It is very tasty on beef, chicken, pork and large shrimp. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For a versatile marinade

  • MARINADE
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 lemongrass, bottom third only, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili, small, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

How To Make a versatile marinade

    In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well.

    Add desired meat to marinade, mix well and place in fridge until needed. Tastes best if allowed to sit for at least 1 - 2 hours.
