Ingredients
- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package powered fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
- 6 pints canning jars
How To Make rosy cider jelly

Step 1In a large kettle, combine the first 4 ingredients. (apple cider, cranberry juice, lemon juice and powdered fruit pectin)

Step 2Bring to rolling boil over heat, stirring constantly.

Step 3Stir in sugar, return to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Step 4Remove from heat, skim off foam.

Step 5Pour hot liquid into hot jars. Put lids and bands, and tightened.

Step 6Process for 5 minutes in hot boiling bath.
