3 ozcream cheese

1 Tbsppowdered sugar, sifted

1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cwhipping cream
How to Make Devonshire cream (Kings Island Creme)
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and vanilla.
Gradually beat in enough whipping cream to form a mixture of spreadable consistency. Do not over beat, cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. Makes 1 cup. - add a spoonful to your scone and top with jam of your choice, lemon curd etc, enjoy.
