I made this one Thanksgiving for my mother who is a fan of cranberries. My sister and I take turns each year alternating Thanksgiving and Christmas. Now whichever holiday I get to cook that year my mom reminds me to make this for our holiday meal.
2 smallboxes of cranberry jello (3.4 oz.) - i have used strawberry
2 cboiling water
1 can(s)crushed pineapple (20 oz.) do not drain
1 can(s)whole berry cranberries (14 oz.)
1/2 cchopped celery
1/2 cchopped walnuts or pecans
1chopped apple leave skin on
