How to Make Cranberry Jam by Susan
- (This recipe will not work with Splenda or Stevia - it takes real sugar to form the jam consistency.)
- Heat the pulp and sugar over medium heat to boiling, then gently boil for 9-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens. Pour into clean hot jar, seal, and allow to cool. Refrigerate.
