I made this jam with the leftover pulp from making my do-it-yourself cranberry juice. I'm sure any cranberry pulp you have would work.

How To Make cranberry jam by susan

  • Step 1
After making the recipe for https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/drink/punch/diy-cranberry-juice-from-fresh-cranberries.html?p=1, measure the leftover pulp. Combine pulp with an equal amount of granulated sugar in a medium saucepan.
  • Step 2
(This recipe will not work with Splenda or Stevia - it takes real sugar to form the jam consistency.)
  • Step 3
Heat the pulp and sugar over medium heat to boiling, then gently boil for 9-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens. Pour into clean hot jar, seal, and allow to cool. Refrigerate.
