- 2 cups pink champagne
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons liquid pectin

Step 1Bring champagne and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Add pectin and boil for 1 more minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour jelly into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin. Makes 4 cups.
