Ingredients
- 6 cups peeled &diced apples
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1 package 1&3/4 oz.fruit pectin
- 3 cups white sugar
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 gram ground nutmeg
How To Make carmel apple jam

Step 1combine apples water & butter cook and stir over low heat until apples are soft.

Step 2Stir in fruit pectin and bring to a boil stirring add sugar and spices. Return to boil for 1 min.stirring. Remove from heat skim foam ladle into hot jars leave 1/4 " headspace

Step 3waterbath canner 10 mins. Jelly jars 4 or 8 oz.
