- In a sauce pan add butter, cook until melted. Whisk flour slowly to avoid lumps. Cook for 2-3 on med-low heat, just to cook out the flour taste.
- Add the chicken broth slowly whisk vigorusly to avoid lumps. Cook down to thicken gravy. If you like your gravy thinn add more broth... Add pepper and salt if desired..
