- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups homemade chicken broth
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
How To Make homemade chicken gravy

Step 1In a sauce pan add butter, cook until melted. Whisk flour slowly to avoid lumps. Cook for 2-3 on med-low heat, just to cook out the flour taste.

Step 2Add the chicken broth slowly whisk vigorusly to avoid lumps. Cook down to thicken gravy. If you like your gravy thinn add more broth... Add pepper and salt if desired..
