My boyfriend loves gravy of any kind, we go through alot of flour and broth. But its better then buying alot of canned gravy. Its also quick and easy, it saves me alot of time. And taste delicious...

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups homemade chicken broth
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter

How To Make homemade chicken gravy

  • Step 1
    In a sauce pan add butter, cook until melted. Whisk flour slowly to avoid lumps. Cook for 2-3 on med-low heat, just to cook out the flour taste.
  • Step 2
    Add the chicken broth slowly whisk vigorusly to avoid lumps. Cook down to thicken gravy. If you like your gravy thinn add more broth... Add pepper and salt if desired..
