Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    beef or chicken granules
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    flour

How to Make DIY dry gravy mix

Step-by-Step

  1. run all ingredients (except flour) through food processor until powdered
    Add to flour and mix together through sifter a few times until well incorporated.
    Store in mason jar or baggie marked for contents and date
  2. To make gravy mix 1/4 cup of mix with 2 cups water or milk, wisk while heating until smooth and serve warm!
